Foie Gras and Aged Salmon/Toro

I was searching Puget Sound for Fresh Foie Gras but no one carried it. Caviarman came through and made a special order for me. Additionally I discovered they had rare access to Tyee Salmon and Otoro which he had dry aged. Easily the most intense Salmon flavor in my life and the Otoro was as good. The shop is filled with unique ingredients. Can’t wait to buy some caviar for Christmas.
