Shipping Overview
Shipping seafood is challenging due to its perishable nature. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate factors like weather and fishing conditions to get your order to you safely.

Product Shipping Details:
Black Caviar, Red Caviar, Fresh Fish, or Shellfish:

  • Shipped via UPS Overnight.
  • Packaged in Styrofoam with gel ice for freshness.
  • Gel ice might soften on arrival but doesn't affect product quality.

Live Seafood (Crab, Lobsters, Oysters, etc.):

  • Shipped via UPS Overnight.
  • Same packaging and gel ice details as above.

Frozen Seafood:

  • Carefully packaged with dry ice to ensure freshness.
  • Dry ice may turn into gas during transit, but it still ensures the product's safety and quality.

Shipping Costs:
To find out shipping costs:
Add products to cart.

  1. Click "CART".
  2. Use the "SHIPPING CALCULATOR" at the cart page's bottom. Enter your zip code for an estimate.
  3. If there are issues, proceed to "CHECK OUT" to view shipping cost options before payment.

Holiday Delays:
Holidays might cause delays. If close to a holiday, your shipment might be scheduled for the following week. Contact us for more details.

Requests & Notes:

  • After UPS pickup, changes to orders are limited.
  • Overnight shipping is available for Black Caviar and Fresh Fish.
  • Once ordered:
  1. Receive an Order Confirmation Email.
  2. Get a Processing Notification with a tracking number (doesn't mean it's shipped yet).
  3. Tracking Updates: Allow 24 hours for UPS tracking to update.
  4. Receive Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery Emails for updates or instructions.
  5. For any concerns or more details, reach out to our team. All orders take a minimum of 24 hours to process before shipping.
